Jeffrey Cash has focused his practice exclusively in the area of family law since 2014 and has represented individuals in all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, the allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, all post-decree matters pre and postnuptial agreements and domestic violence. Jeffrey works with every client to craft the most practical and efficient strategy for resolving each matter, acknowledging that every individual, family, and situation is unique. With an emphasis on attention to detail, Jeffrey works to negotiate an amicable resolution where possible but will zealously litigate when necessary to protect his client’s interests.
Jeffrey has been recognized as an Emerging Lawyer by Leadings Lawyers in 2019, 2020 and 2021, after being identified by his peers as among the top lawyers in Illinois under the age of 40, a distinction received by less than 2% of lawyers licensed in each state.
While attending DePaul University College of Law, Jeffrey received invaluable experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kathleen Kennedy and Honorable Jeanne Cleveland-Bernstein in the Cook County Domestic Relations Division while in law school which helped hone his legal research and writing skills.
