Annemarie Tarara exclusively and compassionately practices divorce and family law. Her expertise includes parenting time, parental decision making, child support, maintenance, and property settlements. Annemarie is on the cutting edge of LGBTQ+ issues such as second parent adoptions and the dissolution of same-sex marriages, civil unions, & domestic partnerships. She also represents clients in obtaining orders of protection and in defending her clients against baseless orders of protection. Annemarie also specializes in relocation, termination of maintenance and modification of child support in post decree cases.
